Plant Review and Workshop

Excellent results all round

Earlier this year, Doby Verrolec went through a Strategic Lean Manufacturing Plant Review from our parent group Heitkamp & Thumann. The review was followed by an H&T Excellence Inventory Reduction Workshop. Both reviews were very successful for the company, increasing our rating giving us a total of 70 out of a possible 100 points.

There has been quite a lot of effort throughout the company to achieve this increase in standards, the result being that Doby Verrolec could serve as best practise sharing throughout the entire H&T group for 5S.
