DV45 - Raising the Profile

New DV45 Flange – J6 Rated without a Tie Bar

Doby Verrolec have introduced another Profile to its range of Ductwork Jointing Systems.

The Doby DV45 Flange Profile is approved up to a J6 Joint Rating High Pressure Class D.

Doby DV45 is the only Flange Profile with a J6 Low Pressure rating without the use of a Tie Bar, which greatly reduces the manufacturing times and costs on large ductwork.

A pocketed flange filled with a permanently flexible non-toxic sealant to minimise air leakage.

Tested and certified by BSRIA in accordance with BESA UK (formally HVCA) test procedures DW/TM1.

Doby Verrolec'c DV45 profile fully conforms to the BESA UK Ductwork Construction Standards of DW/144 (2016) and the SMACNA USA Ductwork Construction Standards.

The DV45 Profile is produced from 1.2mm gauge galvanised mild steel with 275g / m2 galvanised coating, complete with 3mm Electro Zinc plated DV45 Corners, Universal G Clamps and 571A DuctSeal Gasket.
